The Alberta Velodrome is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for every rider, family, volunteer, and staff member. The policies that apply to everyone at the track are listed below, and full copies are available on request.

• Safe Sport — we follow Cycling Canada's Safe Sport program, including the Canadian Safe Sport Program and its reporting channels.
• Code of conduct
• Waivers and consent forms — signed as part of registration in the rider portal
• Privacy policy
• Refund and cancellation policy
